We are all disgustingly aware of the fact that Seattle’s winter has been extended well into spring. Most of us have been craving sitting out in a park, cracking open a beer, and letting our sun-starved skin soak up the less-than-tropical rays.
Now that the sun has finally decided to make an appearance, Bremerton-based Silver City Brewery has you covered with its Tropic Haze IPA. Not only is this beer perfect for IPA lovers, but it’s also fruity and not too bitter. Its moderate alcohol content makes it one of those beers you could either sip on while you canooze at the Waterfront Activities Center or drink at your prefunk on a warm Saturday night.
Recently released, this fresh beer happened to come out just in time for the warm weather. Next time you’re at your local artisan beer shop (Bottleworks, Chuck’s Hop Shop, Dawgpound Beer) make sure to pick up the hip, navy matte can — or six of them — for your spring and summer pleasure.
