Ase (ah-sheh) is defined as the power to produce change in Yoruba, a language spoken in West Africa, according to DBpedia. It is also the way to pronounce the acronym for the new UW Medicine program, Allies in Healthier Systems for Health & Abundance in Youth (AHSHAY). 

For many second-year students, this academic year feels like their first as they begin to experience what was missing from last year: in-person classes, libraries, sports, clubs, and other events that make up the Husky experience.

The UW chapter of Engineers Without Borders (EWB-UWS), a club that coordinates engineering projects to support local and international communities in need, was one of many RSOs tabling for prospective members at Dawg Daze on Monday.
